We all have neighbors, me? I’ve mostly have had good luck and they’ve good, nice people.
Unfortunately sometimes we get bad ones, (you know good neighbour, bad neighbour TV Program types). These folk masquerade as nice people, but sometimes they are true sociopaths and bullies.

I’ve been living in the village I’m in now for seven years this year, top floor flat with a shared garden (note the shared) for six and a half years (first six months in Preston). Whats amazing about having the right meds (and management) is the things that set you off, or make you struggle don’t any more.
When I met Charlie Labrum, the poor guy (i felt sorry for him at the time) was a mess. 2 year driving ban for drink driving, it was good to see him overcome the ban.. picked himself up, got a job, married and that’s when the negative changes in him started. (With all he drinks on a weekend, I am quite sure when he drives off at 6am on a Monday morning he’s over the limit.

It became obvious in October 2019 (and even more now (2021) listening to how many bottles he recycles) he has not stopped drinking that much (With all he drinks on a weekend, I am quite sure when he drives off at 6am on a Monday morning he’s over the limit).

Now I have a court order that means that i got time to see my children, well child anyway (another story) the court order also said that i had to drop them off at a certain time (had to be back at the drop off for 1630).

This one Saturday we’d been “football training” in the back garden using flower pots, and realised that we were going to be late, I quickly got him into the car and set off.

Once i got to the drop off point my girlfriend at the time (yeah us geeks have girlfriends also) got in touch and we decided to have a Chinese whilst i was in the area.
So, i drop the boy off and skidaddle over to Kendal and whilst in the Chinese take away, (no consistent signal) a voicemail came through from Charlie (downstairs from me) you can hear that voicemail here.

Only, i didn’t listen to the voicemail just called him straight, Unfortunately I should of done as I’d have known what to expect.
Now, I don’t have a recording of response to me calling him, but you can guess it what i heard wasn’t pleasant at all.
Mainly the call from him involved threats of violence, threats of making my life a misery and threats to my children. Hell we didn’t even break any brush or pots!!

It didn’t stop here, the police have been involved (twice) once with the threat of arrest, the Housing Association on Multiple occasions, to the point he’s been threatened with eviction if he carries on… You’d have thought that would have put an end to it… nope now starts the gas lighting… and gossip and from that he then moved onto damaging property of mine whilst I was at the car working on the engine. This happened when he was going off to change his car (caught on video and sent to the police for intelligence on the continuing abuse) I’ve arranged that one of my businesses buy it, and place a security camera to make sure he doesn’t do it again (
…. nope, like every narcissistic, sociopathic bully who has alcohol issues, Like every bully, he’s a coward and won’t bring his fight into the open he gets others to do his work.
He’s now whispering in the ears of people spreading lies, or even what they want to hear – the way every abuser works. The interesting point is when they actually talk to me they realise how full of s*it he is!

Abusers Like “Crazy Charlie (CC)” (as he likes to call himself) whisper in others ears, like his poor wife. At one point CC told me that “his wife was a true key worker” – I’ll give her her due, she is an (auxiliary) nurse, but as we know recently “trained” and “experienced” nurses are calling for their title to be protected in law like Doctor etc. In reality any one who marries someone after the chat up line “do you take it up the ass”? has questionable outlook on life anyway, especially when it’s asked in a pub in full view!

Crazy Charlies outlook on life and consideration to others takes another nose dive when he shouts across the street to his ‘white’ mates with a sun tan, “you alright? you look like a P*ki!” – says it all really!

This has been happening all through the pandemic

(Crazy) Charlie has now (September 2021) started playing on residents anger on parking, since the garages across the street were torn down to build three houses. the street has become a fight every night to get to park, especially when (certain) people park their 7.5 Ton work truck (two wheels on the pavement) in the street rather than parking it in the 23 hour free car park, just a small walk down the street…
He is probably telling them that my camera (which are obvious and the correct information is in place). is there to disrupt their lives. Nothing could be further from the truth Charlie, it’s there to protect me from you…. someone who has a history of “trying to make peoples life a misery” (I’m sure he’s done this before) which was advised by North Yorkshire Police and Yorkshire Housing.

The camera will be mounted on the top of the window and all that will be seen are the two cars.
So, Charlie if you are reading this, you may whisper in peoples ears like a coward, and you may bend or create the truth to benefit you and your paranoid, sadistic, sad little “pleasure” in life, but, hear this, I’m telling you and everyone now, the best thing to do about a bully is expose them for who they are.
