So with the changes in payment dates of PIP and UC, one being 4 weekly and one being monthly, i have struggled to pay monthly Bills, not because there is not enough money, but, because of the frequency of payments.

it has meant that sometime i have gone over drawn.

Now, I have a sole trading business, Admin Office of Mat Maceley-Young, it allows me separate bill payments and issues legally which makes it easier for me to deal with, less Personal.

It has to be run as a business and I pay (minimum fees) for them, i.e. £10 a month for the ability to do this.

So I went to a certain Spanish run bank, (who says European countries have no money as they are using the UK as a commercial enterprise)to get a £100 loan.

No.

Not even as a reasonable adjustment.

That’s fine. (well not really its a red rag to a bull).

I write a letter of complaint, due to having to travel a 56 mile round trip to a bank to speak to someone as they are not answering phones (Santander is a phone only business bank) – go figure!

They cannot get through either, (another 90 minutes i will never get back).

I phone a few days later and get through (not the right department) and ask for a meeting with a business adviser.

i turn up on the day,  “oh he’s unable to make it, apparently they have not been able to contact you as we don’t have contact details” (only my email, mobile number and landline number), so i rearrange.

(another 36 miles)

i go back in on the day arranged, and “even though i have mental health issues there is nothing they can do”.

(not even a £100 overdraft limit to curb the costs incurred) so i can stop the spiral of debt from the charges.  – it is now May 17th and i have been trying to sort this since March!

it is now august, and due to charges and interest of 122.00 per time i have hit 415.00 worth of charges in three months… each time i am in credit when they take the money and each time i fall  back into the charge cycle.
