Complete Disarray and confusion.

There is still no movement on the divorce, she is now holding back on settling the finances, punishment i believe for fighting for proper access to my kids.

– I am now in a complete mess with my money, the payments from the DWP are now split into two, pip halfway through the month and UC payments at the end.

I work my stuff out on an excel sheet, I ain’t daft, but it’s got me in a mess.

So with ‘her’ holding out settling the financials of the marriage (trying to “punish me”), the DWP splitting payments and *Censored* (for now) being silly twats about their role in the disability discrimination accusations and breaches (yes plural) of contract i am being tugged back and forth financially…

Still i feel a few people are in for a short sharp shock.

Despite all this going on and my business bank fucking me about when trying to get an overdraft i am struggling to eat properly and consistently and well.

Thankfully with the support i have and generosity of others (friends and relatives) and people that are giving to a food bank, it could be far worse.

Still I shall keep you updated of things and the complaint against the DWP who want me to travel to Skipton (adding more mileage to the money owed) to sign for mileage that i have  already done to see them and Pinnacle People.. i know go figure!  *face palm*

Yes, i am not just sitting here i am working very hard to get myself earning again, i have several IT ideas, and a charity that i am looking at starting up. it’s not an amazing output of cash, but you need to spend to accumulate.

There are other steps I am taking to end this and support me through this abuse, however, cannot discuss them here at the moment.

Having got signed off again in April, there really hasn’t been much to moa… write about.

Until i deal with the DWP again.

so, i take the opportunity to use the DWP’s “start your own business” scheme, where the DWP pays a company an obscene amount of money to give you access to business advisors.

free.

well. maybe not ‘free’ there is a catch. it’s a 6% business loan at the end of it.

The business advisor was good, and liked my idea of the charity.

however, i now believe this job thing thro the dwp is a con to get people to take huge loans.

i got a call today about my plan…

“They have concerns that the only source of funding is from grants and donations”
… err yes that’s how a charity works.
The bod sat behind a desk asked “can you apply for the funding now?”
“No; you have to register then get a charity account then apply for funding.” was my reply.
“How long does that take?”
Me: “I don’t know it doesn’t tell you the registration cost or the application duration on the government website, so if you go by registering a Ltd company it’s 4-8 weeks (ish)” (not to mention you need money to register the charity) = Catch 22…
“Oh”… was the reply “the problem is then that your 12 weeks ended yesterday”..
Am I missing something?
If the “approver” had read the paperwork properly he would have seen that the reoccurring funding comes from the stores…
You use the grants to buy buildings and open businesses (non profit)
Can you not use the cash flow from the it business? I could but even that’s fictitious and not guaranteed..
Apparently, what was thought confused this poor chap sat at a desk was that it changed to the maths tutor example (it was one box and I corrected that..)
so, now I wonder what shit it’s going to generate with job centre ?
The DWP REALLY have not thought this through…..

…..or generally don’t give a shit the pain and hassle it causes.

It takes two years to get full financial advantage of a new business established to a point where it can be self sufficient, and i know for a fact that any profit generated they immediately stop your money, so if you make £200 you lose a huge chunk of benefits, housing council tax ALL of them.

DWP – Dip Shits

So, the DWP have blocked the charity start up currently because he plan is too reliant on “funding” and “grants”
yeah, it’s a charity!

so, I couldn’t help myself (to my business advisor)…

Here we go, changed some of the funding origin information.

As far as i am concerned, a brand new business cannot support a charity in it’s endeavours without the applications for funding but will jump through what hoops i need to (to a point)

I have to say i am not impressed with the DWP and their seeming interfering nature with this, their expectations for a small business to take off instantly is amazingly short sighted, unrealistic and (to be honest) just insane.

I am sure you know as well as i do that it takes 6 months for a business to generate money (enough to pay wages etc), and 2 years to gain stability and a reputation, i feel that the DWP are just trying to shove people though the door regardless of whether they actually succeed or fail with this scheme to get them “off benefits”.

Having spoken to people who have been through this DWP scheme to start businesses, and the massive hits they take when they do start earning (even small amounts), I am not entirely confident in the future after doing this, especially as there has been no information on exactly what financial support we receive after this, i have spoken to people who after earning just £200 a month are on food parcels!

– This isn’t saying you guys (company name) are failing, the block is at the DWP and its lack of knowledge (having worked in government I am quite sure there is a lack of expertise in approving this in the DWP), as it’s a charity the vast amount of money will be coming (at the start) from funding, hence it being a charity and not me…

Sorry to rant at you, however i feel the DWP live in cloud cuckoo land!

I am lost for words!

I have my letter, i didn’t imagine it.

Properly told that i was domestically abused by both my mother and my ex wife (people even fight over me to abuse me!!)

So this has now gone to the solicitors and hopefully now this part of the journey will be over soon.

Employment Tribunal – 24th June to 28th June

Essex For Emily – 10th June 2018

Then next month moving forward on the divorce and financial settlement.  😀

…And thus ends May…
