I’ve hit a crash, I cannot afford to MOT my car,\u00a0 meaning i cannot see the boys Saturday. that and setting up an eCommerce business with a web site that has the most pleasing aesthetics but is seemingly not system tested at all, how they can charge 3000 a month for the cloud version i do not know! plus three court cases. I’m tired.<\/p>\n
I should be alright in the morning, though right now, I am tired of having to fight for everything at the moment I am owed a minimum of 50k at the moment from various sources, at least 5k from owed wages from Angus Fire. 44 from the sale of my house, around another 5k through my ex pissing me about and not signing the house docs.<\/p>\n
DWP are fucking me about telling me i cannot claim mileage and then telling me i can.\u00a0 but, i have to go in to claim it. (that’s in Skipton, about 40 odd miles there and back) The have not told me that they have my mandatory reconsideration which is a rise for my ESA (being off sick) or not as the case maybe.<\/p>\n
and i need to put in a complaint to my solicitor who is seemingly not doing any work on the marriage finances until i pay her (yes she is the one that is holding 44k)\u00a0 – irony that, she’s holding 44k but needs me to pay her first… ?<\/p>\n
why the fuck do you have to fight to get someone to do their fucking job properly in this country.<\/p>\n
it’s fucking unreal.<\/p>\n
Lloyds of London refused to pay out a policy that would have protected my heating and lighting costs (cos i have mental health issues and took redundancy because of it, well there is discrimination twice!)<\/p>\n
Angus Fire are being a bunch of C**ts and not fulfilling a data request properly i wonder how much of the full disclosure they are going to withhold.<\/p>\n
I’m tired.\u00a0 And i am fighting a spiral because of that. (that’s spiral not spira)<\/p>\n

If it weren’t for friends….<\/p>\n
While the inadequacy of the DWP continues, i find now that parts of what i have worked for have come into place.<\/p>\n
The case for my boys and proper PR access to their life is coming together, a massive step forward in court. there is three months now to see how things progress and then hopefully a final hearing. Why some people need telling what they are doing is wrong, i do not know!<\/p>\n
Reconciliation with my mum is moving forward too, and a court date for sorting the issues of visitation with my daughter and sorting that side of the family out.<\/p>\n
The employment tribunal is looming, and the figures that are being put together about the amount of work i had on my plate to me is showing that i was over worked, even after i complained of being made unwell by it. (5694 emails in the last five months of employment) not including phone calls to my mobile, phone calls to my desk phone, helpdesk tickets, people walking in or saving jobs up, projects… and the list goes on…<\/p>\n
I forgot to take a tablet the other week, holy shit that was an experience. i was soo manic.<\/p>\n
The charity plans are coming on, the non profit and the IT business.<\/p>\n
There are some bumps, i still owe 250 for my alternator that was fitted, so it looks like my bass is going up on eBay as the ex wife after 7 months of applying for the divorce and the house documents finally being signed,\u00a0 has still not disclosed her financials (i wonder where she is hiding the \u00a3120,000 from her house)..<\/p>\n
The DWP Are being taken to a tribunal with regards an assessment, and i am getting shitty as i am told there is no cold weather payment for me even though the website says there is (FFS it’s 25.00 for heating… sake man!).<\/p>\n
I have to gorgeous baby axolotls.\u00a0 two tetras (fish) a loach fish, and three guppies… (no mention of live feeding!)<\/p>\n
The baby Axi’s are very funny, one stays in his side of the tank, the other wants to be friends with Nigini (not a good idea) good job he’s fast!<\/p>\n
Nigini though decided to show his authority and took a great dump in the baby’s side of the tank.<\/p>\n
I had my first “live” feed, Nigini had a worm, that was hilarious…\u00a0 such a funny tug of war that was… oh and i found 7 minnow babies hiding in a porcelain water bottle i bought for decoration.<\/p>\n
My wood hide, which i hand carved is loved by all three of the little walking fish…<\/p>\n
